Booking a class

Sending a booking request through this website does not confirm your place. We check availability by hand and reply by email or WhatsApp. Your booking exists only once we have confirmed it.

Prices shown are per person in Vietnamese Dong and include everything listed under Included on the tour page.

Children and group size

Age limits and group sizes differ between classes and are shown on each tour page where they apply. Tell us in advance if you are bringing young children so we can prepare safely.

Food and allergies

Please tell us about allergies, intolerances or dietary needs when you book, and again when you arrive. We cook in a shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee a dish is free of any particular ingredient.

Changes, cancellations and weather

If your plans change, message us as early as you can and we will do our best to move your booking.

Some parts of a class happen outdoors. If weather or safety requires it, we may change or drop the boat ride or the market walk, and we will tell you as soon as we can.

PENDING CLIENT: the cancellation window and any refund terms still need to be confirmed and stated here.

Your responsibility

Please follow your host's instructions during the class, especially around knives, hot pans and the water. Look after your own belongings.

Photos

We sometimes take photos during a class and may share them on our social media. Tell your host if you would rather not appear, and we will respect that.
